Hello,

We bought this Casita brand new from Rice, TX eight years ago. The inside and outside are excellent condition as we do not cook in the casita as we are outside campers. The outside I put a coat of fiberglass cleaner every year so it always stays shiny.

Has Awning....sway bar..propane tanks, AC

Area where can be made into sleeping area

The interior is very good. CAn sleep two adults. Storage closet, storage around the top inside and bottom under sink.
Has water heater and water tank. shower/sink/toilet.
Nice large refrigerator, two stove burner. Place to sit down with the two chairs which can be made into a childs sleeping area.

Exterior

Excellent as explained our marshmello is cleaned and fiberglasssed every year. Use Polyglow a great product.

It is a marvelous invention as we love it but have bought a new 2018 Casita with solar panels and larger water storage tank.
