The short answer is yes. If you look at the posts earlier, the best method is to use Barkeepers friend and a scrub pad which removes all wax, streaks, stains, etc. I found that to be the best bet....

No problem. I put the flags in after the trailer is set and level. They just slide into the holes in the bracket and when they are not in place the jack handle can turn freely!
