New York State Camp ground 4 Mile Creek. This is about 7 miles north of Niagara Falls on Lake Road. Very clean with large lots. It sits right on Lake Ontario.

Did you think of using a hot water tank insulating wrap. I have used this in my trailer to help keep it cooler in hot weather. The wrap is thin but still insulates pretty good.

Do not use the one step floor finishes as you said they trap dirt and it is almost impossible to remove. I don't think this is a good product for floors or trailers.
