We have a 2002 F350 diesel so I am not worried about towing... The Escape trailers are nice, but a touch out of my price range from what I saw.. Was looking to stay in the $8000...

There are 4 wires that go to a brake...
There are 4 wires that go to a brake controller... Black, White, Blue, and Red...
Black is positve battery voltage and should be run to the battery through a 20 amp auto resetting circuit breaker....
