I would get the trailer jacked up and get underneath with an ice pick. Take a really good look at the bottom of the entire trailer. If you see any suspect areas poke it with the ice pic to be sure...

propane gas frig
Years ago I replaced the ice box in my burro with a small Dometric Electric propane frig. I had make a new frame for the frig that stuck three inches out from the cabinet.

T bar off of trailer hitch.

use bigger screws
Also when you reset the windows after cleaning them and setting them in butal puddy I would us a little larger screws when you replace the window so you can put a little more torque on the crews....
