Looks like a 1973 boler out of Peace River AB Canada factory, but licenced in British Columbia cause of the blue government approved propane sticker on the front just like mine has. Great ad!!

Crystal Glass has the same rubber seal as Scamp and for the same price $3 a foot. I bought mine from the Langley BC location.

I have read on this site as well as other online sites, about painting with a melamine paint or even a bathroom latex paint, like Perma White by Zinsser or Kilz. My fear is even paints of this nature...
