Hey thanks Roger, a number of people commented about the axle but there is 4 inches of clearance in the wheel well and plenty of spring left.

Thanks Carol, I did pull the wheel bearings cleaned and repacked them. They were like new condition. It seemed that the previous owner was on top of things
