Towing Bigfoot 5th with an Ecodiesel

I'm a little late to this party, but I too have a Bigfoot 5th wheel (1986, single axle).

When I bought it 18 months ago, I was driving a diesel F250. Highway mileage empty was about 15 l/100km...
