If Scamp is still using the Shurflo pump they do not have their own fuse at the pump. They do have a thermal cutout that will activate above a certain temperature but it resets when it cools down....

Same here. My Fujitsu 9RL2 mini-split will heat (with reduced capacity) down to 15F. Some can go even lower and even at full capacity but they are 208/230V models. It is all about how it is designed....
