I agree, it's a rip off and anyone with insurance should remember to always work to negotiate the taxes into the settlement, why should a consumer pay tax twice to own one RV or vehicle for that...

Hi there, we just bought a Boler 1700 last weekend and we're towing with the 2008 Rav4 V6. In Canada, all the V6's came with the tow package (under the hood) or we would certainly have installed it...
