Try a patch then paint.

Other than replacing the entire sink your could patch the burn with marine tex, sand it smooth and paint the whole sink.

Shade repair is pretty easy

I repaired 3 shades in my former class A. You can buy repair kits at Campers World or online. It’s new string and other bits you’ll need. The video makes easy work of it.

4200 is half the strength of 5200 and allows you to remove what you're trying to seal. Personally I would stick with just butyl. I like the beeswax fix too. Very clever.

You might want to check the forums on replacing the rivets with bolts. Aluminum rivets are designed to shear off if the Fiberglas experiences severe flexing rather than crack or tear the glass....
