I currently have a 3 burner cooktop but really love having an oven. As I begin researching ovens to retrofit I was wondering if anyone had a strong recommendation.

8800btu. I've used it in the 100's and it keeps it at 70 easily. Walmart off the rack window unit. $100. West Stem epoxy and fiberglass cloth $125. Cold air vent cover and misc hardware $50.
