Here are some better pics of the frame for anyone interested. I’ve removed the jack and coupler already. Just need to remove axle and weld on new coupler then it’s ready for powder coat....

Sadly it cannot be any larger than 10 1/2” x 3”. They designed flat areas into the fiberglass for these specific lights.

Yeah there was no furnace, although the steel gas line was run under unit for a future install. And no upper storage above the rear window (I may have to add that!)
