Scamps aren't scarce around here . I know of 5 between here ( Be!fast ) and Rockland. It's just that ones that are for sale are scarce !

Axle shop near NH

If you're close to mid coast Maine , "On the Road " trailer shop on Rte 90 in Warren ( near Camden ) is a great place . Fair prices ,great service and very knowledgeable .

Spare tire question

Can anyone tell me if removing the spare tire from the rear of my 84 Scamp would create a sway or towing problem ? I have plenty of room in my tow vehicle to carry it .

Sorry ...but I took, the stove out and don't use one inside the camper .
I only cook outside on 2 burner Coleman . I also have a 1 burner backpack stove for inside use if the weather is bad .

I recently bought a bottle of Atwood Wash and Wax (a fiberglass boat wash) used many boat owners here in Maine and it proved to be a great cleaner for my Scamp .

Found them cheaper than ordering from Scamp and with no shipping cost .
