On my last trip on a bumpy road, I lost 1 of the stove top knobs. It must have fallen through the door gap because it is nowhere to be found inside. I have a 1985 13' Scamp and don't know the model...

I had thought about that but had seen others commenting about waterproofing. The 1985 floor is in really good shape, except for a small part by the front door by the closet.
