It's important to note yours is a pre-fire 13' model. All 13'ers ride on a lower suspension. Pre-fire (2006 and earlier) 13'ers also have a shorter shell height.

Casita vs Scamp 16'

Casita floors have not always been fully encased. Older units only had fiberglass underneath, making rot just as likely as in Scamps, since most rot is caused by leaks from above.
