I don't know but if the LEDs might act "funny". Before I changed out the old converter for a new PD one my new LED lights would flash with one fan running, but not with two or no fans running.

These things can be very frustrating. Check the simplest things first. Usually something you did, recheck all messed with connections. Maybe you tugged on a wire and it came loose somewhere else?
