I forgot to add the pics of the blocking pieces ahead of and behind the door opening. The original pieces could not b saved - too old and rotten. I used DAP for Metal and Wood to make a nice water...

Now that the snow is almost gone and the weather...

Now that the snow is almost gone and the weather is warming up I finally got a chance to get back 2 work on my Boler. I picked up a Westin 80-TBS60 Brute Topsider box that fit perfectly on the front....

I found some pics of the frame after the galvanising was complete. Truth be told I would not go the galvanising road again, it was wayyy too expensive and I am super unhappy with the quality of work...

Here is a little update - frame galvanising is complete, cabin mounted on new frame, canoe racks installed, and a 60km highway test was a success - its starting to come together!! Just wish I could...

Here r a few more pics. I should also mention that I took out the old vent and installed a fantastic fan above the table. And the new frame extends 26" behind the shell.
