Biggar door latch
I don't know if there is factory wiring up there , the old wire that is up in my bigger is stiff as a board , you could take out the fridge, I had to and then run wire over and down inside...

I don't know if this will help with your a/c question, but my biggar's a/c opening is 33 inches from the centre of my front vent to the centre of rear/c vent , right where the fridge sit's, there...
