The screws, as best as I can tell, are to hold the appliance in the cabinet- there needs to be a seal behind those trim pieces. Unless you have taken a refrigerator out before, my advice is not to....

That refrigerator must be sealed to anywhere in the coach- RVIA rule.
I have found some in my past that were open in an overhead cabinet- made quick work of those once the owners knew the possible...
