New to me Bigfoot!

I am the proud owner of a new to me 2004 Bigfoot 15B17CB. Bought it today and I am a pretty happy woman right now. It's in great condition and should provide years of shenanigans! One of the forum members Jack L was kind enough to come with me for the systems checks and looking over the trailer...Thanks again Jack!!

Chrisann Congratulations!
Now you can specify your profile on "Fiberglass Rv".
You'll love it, I'm sure.
Good camping,

New to me Bigfoot!

Beautiful trailer! Should be very comfortable for longer trips.

I re-read your introduction post in which you planned to take a year to research and shop... apparently the fiberglass bug got you quickly and thoroughly!

Congratulations, and happy camping!!!

It did Jon, I made up my mind very early on to go with a TT and I like the longevity and resale value of the FG, plus they are just so cute lol.

Congratulations ChrisAnn. The pics look just like my 2002 so I know you're in for some fun trips. I hope we meet up some time, maybe at one of the growing number of FG rallies in the East.

Congratulations! Welcome to the Bigfoot family! We spent the weekend in ours for a first attempt and both of us said, "We love it!"

congrats....

glad things worked out for you...you certainly snagged a gorgeous example of the breed alright.....

just an aside...looking at the pictures, it's funny that they used a two step entry step for that trailer (???).....the bottom step is practically on the ground...LOL

have fun...you'll have lots I'm sure

(just got back from Stamp River PP, Vancouver Island)

This trailer does have a straight axle and 205-75-15 tires I'm not sure if it came from the factory this way or the PO changed it Also the step may not be original too. Its a situation where one is not enough and 2 is too many. My trailer has a similar axle and tire mod I only have one step and wish I had 2. The inside of this trailer is like new I do not think the oven had ever been lit. It's a real beauty.

Wonderful find Chris Ann!! Can't go wrong with a gently used Bigfoot! Sure looks like that one was not over used!

Nice of Jack to help check it out as well - but still trying to figure out how that worked! LOL Jack is in Washington and Chris Ann is in Florida and the trailer was ????

Looking at the ground clearance in the pic I was about to say it looks like it either has a straight axle or a spring flip, when Jack beat me to it.
When ChrisAnn replaces the tires, if she upgrades to 225s as I did, the double step will be just right.

I get around !!! Actually the trailer is in Washington state only 20 minutes from my house. ChrisAnn put a deposit on it and came out to finalize the deal. I had seen it listed on Craigslist and asked her if it was the one near my home.

Congrats on the new Bigfoot. It seems that It was gently used and is in excellent shape! Good for you!

Our first Bigfoot was the same as this and I remember waking up on the first morning in our trailer, looking out the window and saw a light dusting of snow on the ground. . . reached over and flipped the thermostat on . . . rolled back under the covers and said to myself. . . "Now this is camping!!"
We've been very happy with the Bigfoot brand ever since . . . and I'm sure you'll not regret it!

LOL Actually I spend a lot of time out here in Chinook and down the Central Oregon coast. I was already out here when I saw it come up on CL.
