17 burro axle replace

Hi, I am Jerry Luttrell , near kc mo. just bought a 17 wide body burro, needs a new axle, am looking at replacing axle with a dexter brand , has anyone done this, if so would love your input, thanks

We also have a 17' wide body and are needing a new axel but we haven't decided on any one brand or kind. Please keep us up to date on your replacement and how it goes for you. We are considering a Tembren axel.
