There's only one 17'
Boler in the
Real World Trailer Weights database, and it weighed in at 2970 pounds.*
Here may be your bigger problem. Most Outbacks in recent years have a hitch
weight limit of 200 pounds. Check your owner's manual on this. Camper trailers generally need at least 10% of total
weight on the hitch for stable towing; less can lead to dangerous sway and loss of control.
So, despite the tow rating of 2700 pounds, it appears you are practically limited to a 2000 pound camper trailer. There have been a lot of discussions on this one. A Google site search on "Subaru Outback towing" should turn up quite a few threads.
We have learned recently that Subaru is not the only manufacturer with this apparent mismatch between towing capacity and hitch weight capacity- Volvo is another, at least on some models.
The linked thread would be a good place to start your research. It has scaled weights of many different makes and models loaded for camping. Post #297 has a useful Excel spreadsheet of the data.
*EDIT- It looks like there may be data on one other 17' Boler. It's listed in post #1, but doesn't show up in the spreadsheet, and weighed in at 2585 pounds.
