Hubs have been greased faithfully every 5K mile. Clear title. 1850# loaded, but your weight may vary. Scamp has been stored in a garage when not in use. Was Poly-Glo'd 4/14.

Forgot to add that I also had an access hatch installed to view the fresh water tank level and have easy access to drain valve. That way, the bed doesn't have to be lifted (memory foam is heavy) to view/drain when dry camping.

AECummings: No it does not have an awning. I carry a 10x10 canopy with me. I did not want to add the weight of a canopy to the trailer on that side because it seems to be weighted more on the curb side.
