Parkliner Coupler

We're stocking up with our initial "stuff" in anticipation of the delivery of our new Parkliner in a month or so.

We have a questtion: Does the Parkliner use a 2" raised latch or 2" Atwood yoke coupler?

Thanks for any help you can offer!

Bet you folks are excited!

I'm not real sure I understand the question. You just need a 2" ball on your ball mount and you'll be fine. Ours is a 2012, and has a triangular tongue. We removed the hand crank jack and installed a power tongue lift.

But in terms of what you need to tow, it's a 2" ball in a ball mount that will allow you to tow with the trailer being as close to level as possible.

Good luck!

Frank

Thanks for the reply. i guess I could have given more information. The tongue lock we're buying requires us to specify the type of coupler. That's the reason I was asking.

Thanks again so much for taking the time to respond!

Aha! Now I get it.

We use a 6 pin hardened steel padlock through the safety pin holes of the coupler. I use the same sort of "security" on my big 6X12 utility trailer and our boat trailer. Plus it doubles as a safety pin.

Enjoy your new trailer!

Frank
