After having removed the bunk cushions and poles from our
Trillium 1300 over a year ago for restoration, we finally re-installed the bunk today. We don't remember the poles that support the upper bunk being on an angle, but it seems to have gone back together that way?? However, we are perhaps happy about this, because it gives us the opportunity to re-do the poles and install them much like what you see in
Boler Bunks, where the poles by-pass the upper bunk cushion so they can then tie into the safety rail. But what we don't know, is the type of bracket or support the upper bunk has to tie into the pole so it is supported in the upright position? Does anyone have any photos of this detail so we can see if we can do the same in our
Trillium? We want to do what is showing in the 3rd
Boler photo but can't see how the poles are supporting the upper bunk. We're hoping we can still use the pole slots under the seat cushion for storage. Thanks,
