This time it blew out with the 12v pump. We weren't hooked up to city water. Both times the rupture was right on the end so perhaps the clamps Thetford uses are damaging the hose. Perhaps the persons installing the clamps at the Therford factory are damaging the hose.
BTW, there is a drain hole in the body right under the toilet so nothing gets flooded.
