With the converter installed, I could run all of my interior electrical needs — 12VDC LED lighting, a USB port and a few 110VAC plugs.

Hello Jim,
About the storage box: I've had in around for a while, waiting for the right application. They're referred to as a "triangle trailer storage box" and I believe the manufacturer is "DeeZee."
This trailer does have a rock guard for the front window, though it's hardly water-tight.
Frankly, because the propane regulator has a defined inlet and outlet, and a vent that points down, there's only one way to mount it — to the outside of the street-side rail, as shown. To be honest, I hadn't thought about potential damage there. Maybe I should!

Very nice!
I am kinda surprised that you brought the emergency break away, and the brake controller wiring in the side. Trillium used a hole in the bottom of the trailer, which makes sense to me, in terms of leak potential.
What are you going to do with the furnace?

I use secure fittings to keep water out. We've replaced the old, broken furnace with a Wave 3 radiant heater.

As always Robert, a detailed exceptional job conclusion. Great work. How is Nest coming along?

Hey Robert, nice job. How did you mount the Wave 3 heater? I'm very interested in them.

Hello Jim (CPAHarley). Thanks for asking about the Nest. Tooling for the shell parts is finally nearing completion. Prototypes to roll early next month. I've been able to update the Nest thread with some recent developments.

David, as far as I know, the original Bargman are not LED — a requirement from the client.
Steve, thanks for your note.
Clayton, the client and I are considering a couple options with the Wave 3: a "permanent" install under the front dinette table; or a "portable" — pull out of storage when needed — with a gas quick-connect fitting.

Robert, a number of us have taken the "guts" out of a submersible LED set available at Harbor Freight, Princess Auto and a number of other places - then MacGuyvered them into the original housings.
I think Randy Bishop was the first to post how to do it here:

Others have added a second small round LED to completely fill the original housing.

Hello Roy,
Yes, I too considered, and offered the Randy Bishop custom taillight option to my client, but she passed, opting for the off-the-shelf alternative you see.

Thanks Robert,
I scrolled back to see what you did. Interesting that the lights you used appear to be the same ones Randy suggested will fit into the original housings. Oh well, it is not our trailer.

I don't know Roy. I think I can see the individual LED's. One in the outside section and eight in the middle section. They look different then the ones we used.

Good eye David. I think you are correct. I also added a small round 6 node LED to mine.

The Trillium window is mounted through its aluminum frame with screws that twist into inner frames made of plywood. Over time, the window pulls away from the FG shell body allowing water to seep in, which in turn saturates the plywood.
This wet wood rots over time and causes the screws to rust, which further weakens the window seal.
The only appropriate repair is to remove the old, rotten wood and glass in replacements. But instead of plywood, we will use a product called NyloBoard — a resin/wood composite material that is impervious to rot. And unlike something akin to "Trex", NyloBoard has terrific strength holding screws.

How does the Nyloboard hold up to vibration since it is a composite material?
