New parkliner

My husband and I have had a vw camper, a sort of dodge van camper, a boler, and a scamp. Just picked up our new parkliner today, and it really does offer the best of all of the above. Thank you Thom, Tammie, and others for all your thoughts and ideas. It tows beautifully, sets up like a dream, and is amazingly spacious and cozy at the same time. Thanks to fiberglassrv, I had my list of questions at the ready. Interestingly, we now have 3 ParkLiners in our small eastern NC town! Pix coming!

Derek, thank you for sharing all your great ideas. That was a big factor in our decision.

Congratulations Anne!
We received ours last spring and still feel like kids on Christmas morning every time we walk into it! The open floor plan and queen bed are things we just couldn't do without.
Really excited for you! Where and when will your maiden voyage take place?
Sid
Oh, and like Derek said....pictures,pictures,pictures please.

After having a number of trailers, I have to admit - these things are real well balanced, and tow like a dream.

Best of luck to you folks.

Congratulations, Anne!
So happy for you! Sounds like you North Carolina folks could have your own little rally. We just got our letter from Chandler about plans for one in the spring, and look forward to getting together with our fellow ParkLiners. Enjoy!

Pix!

The only unique feature is the cabinet door to the left of the head. We figured if you could have a shelf, you could have a door!

I should mention that after reading Thom's posts, we decided to go with our portable butane cooker as the primary. It stows beautifully below the counter to the right of the sink.

In the cabinet to the left of the head, we added an ac outlet so we could use that area to recharge all,our devices

Thanks for the pictures, Anne. The cabinet is a great use of that space. What did you do below the cabinet?

Thanks, Tammie. The cushion back is hinged to the bottom of the cabinet and lifts up for access to storage space below the cabinet.

Congratulations Anne, I got mine in September, I am so in love with her. I haven't had a chance to use her too much yet but the 3 dogs and I find it really comfortable. Everyone who looks inside just can't believe how roomy the Parkliner is and how well thought out they are. Thanks for the pictures, I love your cabinet, so far I just throw stuff on top of the pillows that live in that cubbyhole...

I do really like the idea of a cabinet door there...but I usually throw my travel bag up there...my bar is stored below it

Thumbs up

Greetings and congratulations Anne! Your rig looks great and the shelf/cupboard near the side dinette is a nice addition. It will be interesting to see what your Butane usage is with the stove you are using. The one we have is a 12,000 BTU and we typically get about 3 days worth of use out of 1 canister for comparison (3 meals and about 3 kettle boils a day).

Happy Trails,
Thom
