Just cruising the internet on the usual fiberglass websites and came across a 2002 Oxygen. Can't believe I missed this one! Has really unique styling unlike other molds I have seen. Does anyone know anything about this trailer? Love to know more about them.

Unhappy

There have been a few Oxygen owners who posted here some time ago. I have not seen anything about them recently. If I remember correctly, not that many were made before Bonair (the manufacturer) went bankrupt.

Prior to buying my Scamp, I was about 10 minutes away from ordering a new Oxygen. Bonair had sent brochures and I was in love. Things happen for a reason tho and my Scamp popped up for sale within my region and the rest is history.

I THINK Bonair is still around, just not making the Oxygen... just stickies.

Lloyd, FiberglassRV has a powerful search engine. Look in the upper right hand corner. If you search all forums (more search options) and type Oxygen in the search box, you'd end up with about 12 pages worth of posts about the Oxygen trailer.

There was one at the Emily gathering acouple of times. It looked very good and seemed to be well constructed and caught a lot of interrest. As it is wider in the centre and narrowre at the ends there were a couple of built in problems. It was difficult to back up, as you could not see where the back was and the front dinette was small, wedged shaped like that in the bow of a boat. I don't think he kept it too long.

Talking

We looked at the one at Emily a few years ago and as I recall what impressed me most was it's lack of efficiency in space utilization. They also didn't seem to think a lot about opening windows. For a trailer named "Oxygen" we found that a bit incongruous.
It was certainly stylish and looked much more streamlined and 21st Century than anything else in the park and had a quite well-built interior finish but it just seemed to waste a lot of space.
I seem to remember that it was also quite pricey for the time.
