Scamp Body

I am looking to buy a Scamp 16 Body. I don't need the frame, or any internal parts but would take them away if necessary.

Ever since we purchased our Scamp, even though we've heavily modified our Scamp 16, I have wanted to create the Scamp of my dreams.

Thank you

What is your budget? Scamp offers top and bottom body halves in their online store. The price is very reasonable, but delivery to the destination is a big question.

Sergey,

Thank you so much. I didn't realize they sold the major fiberglass body parts.

New body parts have a huge advantage, they have no any hole. No window holes, no roof holes, no rivet holes etc.

If I planned such big project, I'd buy from Scamp 2 assembled haves with floor on a frame with a temporary roof supports. In this case you can pick up the "trailer" at the factory and tow it to the destination. After that you can sell your current scamp trailer.

No holes.

Definitely no holes. As well I don't want the frame.

I have no plans to sell our present Scamp. This is a winter project for the next couple of years in FL though next year part of the winter will be in Montana. I have a different frame idea for this Scamp.

I'm intrigued with "a different frame idea"...

Saw a molded fiberglass body on the back of a small pickup chassis a few months back. I thought that would be a good project for someone with more skills than I have. Could make it removable, so that you could change chassis as they wore out.

I'm surprised by how affordable the tops and bottoms are.
