Door gap Scamp 13

We have a 1996 scamp 13. Big door gap at the bottom of entry. What's YOUR fix? Tired of the foam insulation ripping off every time hubby and his boots ssslide out. Thank you Bobbi.

Start with the new door gasket being installed on all new Scamp trailers shown below.
Then buy a 1"X1" solid closed cell foam gasket from a local source to do the threshold. the one on my threshold below has survived for ten years and my be replaced soon for purely cosmetic reasons.
