SOLD 1999 bigfoot trailer 17g

1999 Bigfoot Travel Trailer for sale 17G (1500 Goucho model). We bought this trailer from my Uncle and we are sad to sell it but we are getting a bigger trailer. Total length including tongue 17ft. Dry weight 2537 lbs. We towed this trailer easily with our Toyota 4Runner 4 ltr V6. Sleeps 2 adults and 1 child (best for a couple in our opinion). There is a booth table which makes into a bed, a couch that makes into a bed and the cupboard above the couch can make into a bunk for a small child. Includes: Two 20 lb propane tanks, 12V deep cycle battery, oven with 3 burner stove top, fridge, furnace, hot water tank, bathroom with toilet and sink (the bathroom is also a shower), outdoor shower, awning, fantastic fan, spare tire and owners manual. Everything is in working order. The trailer is covered in a waterproof breathable cover fall-spring (cover not included sorry). We are including 4 stabilizer jacks and tow mirrors for your vehicle if you need them. The unit has never been smoked in. Two things to mention: years ago before my Uncle owned the trailer there was a leak under a window, the window was taken out re-sealed and there has never been an issue since. The second thing: there is a stereo in the trailer but it does not work. A bit of water came down the wires from the antenna on the roof to the stereo. We did not need the stereo so it didn't matter to us. We caulked in and around the antenna and again there has never been an issue since and we have been in a couple serious West Coast rain storms, everything remained dry!! Bigfoot RV's are made in British Columbia. If we had to rate the overall condition of the unit we would give it an 8/10. The trailer is 8 ft wide and the interior height is approx 6 ft 4 inches. If you would like to see the unit just send an email and we can work out a time. Serious inquiries only please thanks. $10,900. We live in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. You have a very nice trailer. It should sell quickly. Is the price for Canadian funds ? From the photos it looks like it has a straight axle instead of a 4' drop. Most people prefer the straight axle.

Does it have the winter package (thermal pane windows, heated tanks, etc.)?

It looks the same as my 1991 the only difference being that I added air conditioning and upgraded my convertor.
Nice clean looking unit !!!

Woes. Another nice trailer all the way on Van Island. So far from me in Calgary. Though I would love to have this one!

I have seen that it is already sold, but for my personal information, when you write the weight of 2500 lbs dry, it is the weight with the equipment identified at present.
Thank you very much for your answer.

nameplate....

Gilles, I'm thinking the weight quoted is the "nameplate" weight from the factory....includes items installed at the factory.....mine, a 97CB, is listed at 1017KG or slightly less than 2500lbs......the unit can carry 3500 total according to the sheet

funny that the trailer that sold is two blocks away from me!!! not surprised it sold quick (one day) as it was priced right (if you want to sell)....IME BFs on the Island are routinely listed at higher prices than the rest of the country it seems....go figure
