1989 Casita M-16 project piece

I am trying to help my father in-law sell a 1989 M-16 Casita. It is a project piece that he started and can no longer finish. I have pictures but, I have not a clue at how to place value to this item. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

How badly is it disassembled? Picture would help to place a value.

Could be $1500, could be $5000. Thats about the range depending on how far along it is project wise, fiberglass damage, soft spots in floor, completeness, appliances working or not, odors, etc.

Given it is 30 years old, could be a huge project, or maybe not. $1500 would be really bad.
