To me (and i'm no pro LOL) that trailer looks to be in good shape and at $3950 for a 13' patriot deluxe (with the shower and wet bath) It looks like a pretty good deal..... I paid almost $6000 for a 94'16' casita in good shape

Nice! I didn't know how they were laid out, but it looks like they have the wider bed (54" or so) and the slightly narrower kitchen/closet.

Good thing Casitas have carpet on the walls, or I would be very tempted! (Not that the carpet is bad; just not my cup of tea).

in addition to having a full Bathroom? All ready to go?

I'd say that this is a sweet deal, priced right.

I consider this version of the Patriot to be a shorter version of the Liberty, (without the King Bed)

Although the Liberty (my favorite layout - why do the campers with carpet or rat fur on the walls have all my favorite layouts? ) has the two beds that you can sleep in lengthwise; whereas this one would just be a nice wide (real) double going across.

The beauty of the Liberty for me would be that I could have the two bunks set up all the time and use them as table seats too. (This is very much like the settees and table in many boats; maybe why I like it ).

Otherwise I feel like I'm always choosing between lounging on the bed or sitting bolt upright at the table. On a boat I often stretch out on one of the settees, (bunks); sitting up but leaning on a bulkhead (wall), and with my legs up, -- yet with the table right to hand. A friend/partner can do the same on the other one.

Probably why I like the Compact Jr. so much too!

Yes, this camper looks really great. I'm waaaay to busy this week to even try to buy a camper, so I should be thankful for the carpet.... will keep me from going bananas (no, I'm not even going to think about taking it out...
