Somewhat surprisingly,
furnace is not standard equipment on a
Casita, while air conditioner is. I guess the fact they are built in the Dallas, TX area is part of it.
As to pricing, bone stock a new Casita is $17000 US. This one is seven years old, but does have some options like
awning. Like other FG RVs, depreciation is really slow. and since the price is Canadian, not so bad. Add that it is being
sold by a dealer (usually higher pricing) and you don't have to wait five months for a new one.
