1999 16' Casita Spirit Standard Bunk Bed in very good condition.
Sleeps 6, 5 adults and 1 child. Smoke free and pet free.

The stardard bunk bed model (which this model is) does not
have a bathroom/shower, instead there are additional bunk beds.

Additional features are:
Gas stove with hood vent and light
Kitchen sink with faucet
12 Gallon fresh water tank
Icebox (cooler, not a refrigirator)
Roof vent
3 Screened windows
Stabilizing jacks
6 110v electric outlets
13" wheels with R rated tires
Wheel for front jack
Brand new spare wheel

There is no furnace or a/c, but both can be added easily.

so I am looking at the pics and do I see two sets of bunks?
one of the bunks does not have a top rail..is there a rail to put there?
this is what I am looking for. Need bunks because have kids. And how much does this weigh?
I am sure you want to sell it for more but if you decide to come down then let me know.
would cost hundreds just to drive up there.
