We have decided to sell our 2012 19’ Escape for a larger trailer. We are the second owners and purchased the trailer November 2013 from a couple in Washington (state) who took it for only 2 or 3 short trips. The trailer has been stored under a carport protected from the elements and is in excellent condition.

Good Morning - What did you do with the sewer hose ? Enlarge the holding tube ? How ?

Did you build your own drawers under the bed ? Or is that from a store ? Size ? Does it extend all the way under the bed to the back end ? Did you use the same unit under the bench ?

Is the fan 12v or 120v ?

What is the slotted panel over the fan & hall way ? (In the picture with the fan.)

Hi Willy - I replaced the sewer tube with a 5"X5" plastic fence post, used a plastic gutter as a moveable tray. It holds 20' hose with attachments. The fan is 12v. The drawers do not extend all the way to the back and they are home made using drawer rails to fit 2-16 1/2X10 1/2X11 1/2 tubs. The bench is the same principle but with smaller tubs.

The panel above the fan and hall way is the AC unit.

Is the trailer still available? If so, can you tell me what the dry weight, cc, and tongue weight of the trailer is with current modifications? Thanks.

The trailer is still available. I have not put the trailer on a scale but the amount of material used to make the modifications were less than 50 pounds if that and would not change the tongue weight. Hope this helps.
