Looks rough, but could be a great renovation project for the right handy person. Looks like the appliances are all gone, and I don't see a commode in the bathroom either. And what the heck are those big tubes running down each side of the trailer for?? I think the short one on the front is the storage for the waste tank drain hose, so what are the other ones for???
