Here's three pages of pictures of the first generation 22' Oliver. Since they have the molds, I would imagine little will change: Hewus' Oliver Travel Trailer: The first 22 foot Oliver

Their site seems to obfuscate a little... Is the Oliver now composite construction (like a L'il Snoozy) or molded fiberglass double wall construction (like an old WB Burro)?

If it's like the other Olivers, it's double-hull with LizardSkin as insulation.

I'd think/hope the composite non wood floor is there too.

Both a Lil Snoozy and a Burro are moulded fiberglass, and both are composite... because "fiberglass" is really glass fibre reinforced plastic - which is a composite. The unique feature of Lil Snoozy construction (among our trailers) is the core material in the middle, making it cored composite.

Although Oliver's feature description of "Double Fiberglass Core with Accoustic Insulation" seems nonsensical to me, I think it's just a poorly expressed description of a double wall with no core material, with insulation stuffed between the shells (like a Burro).

It's not often that an RV manufacturer shows a specs page with no indication of weight... especially while claiming "Lightweight" as a feature.

That would be nice, but I see no indication of that in the web site. If I were building trailers and going to the extra expense of a non-wood composite floor,I would certainly list it as a feature.

looks like in this photo the underside of the floor is a non wood composite floor.

Yes, that looks like typical gelcoat-finished fiberglass. Many - I think most - eggs have a lower shell that wraps all the way around the bottom... but most have a panel of wood (plywood or oriented strand board) on top of that for strength.

I realize now that I was assuming that the question was about the floor structure, but that may not be what others are thinking about. A few non-moulded trailers use cored composite floor panels, but it is rare.

I don't see it in the linked photo collection, but as I recall the original Oliver information, the tanks are within the shell, but under the floor. I didn't recall the construction of the floor structure, but it was not part of the moulded shell, and I think it included aluminum beams. I just looked it up... and we already had the answer:

The floor is also supported by an aluminum sub-frame or 4"x4" box tube that is fiberglassed in place between the fiberglass interior floor and fiberglass exterior bottom.
This describes a non-wood cored composite floor structure. I guess Ken already knew this, and was asking if the original Oliver's construction is being continued. This remains a good question.

An even bigger surprise to me is this:

So at least one shell - presumably the outer - is at least partially cored composite construction as well.

I think Oliver could benefit from a much better presented web site, with much more clear information.

This is from Robert Pardee over on the Oliver Forum:
"We are working on getting a very basic site up quickly and then start rebuilding it to a more informative site, just need some time.

Next week I plan on providing some more details about what components will be included on the base unit and provide the floor plan or plans. So far it is the Standard floor plan and maybe a twin bed floor plan. The twin can be added to any unit but we are thinking about making it a stock model and not a custom add on done after purchasing a stock unit."

Sometimes your better off putting together a well done website then sticking something up and fixing it later. No weights listed, it looks narrower, I think its only 6'6" outside width hence why the bed goes front to back to make a queen(king?)

I agree... especially when all that's needed is an hour to edit the wording.

There's nothing wrong with proposed specs. They could just post the axle capacities and weights of the 22-foot trailer that they built years ago, and flag them with a "subject to change as design is finalized" qualifier.

That makes sense, but the 6'6" width is bizarre. The classic width is at the 80" (6'8") limit for trailers without wide vehicle lighting, but this is even narrower! Maybe it's a typo, like the "Extra Sotrage Capacity".

Maybe I'm a bit harsh on these people, but this is not a new start-up; it is a company that was building this same trailer years ago, and has been in continuous operation since. They have had all the time anyone could want to proofread a simple web page. I can only hope that thay are so engaged in building the product that they fail to notice obvious flaws in the other aspects of the business.

I purposely left off this information when I scooped the bit off the OliverForum. I was trying to be nice...

Thanks Donna - that explains the "start from scratch" approach to the site. The information, though, they should know without referring to their old web site.

If you want to see the old site, use the Wayback machine - here is what it looked like on July 27, 2011: olivertraveltrailers.com - Home of the Oliver Legacy.

Maybe they could use it to recover some of their old data?
