Quantum 5th wheel

Dear Friends,

In my hunt for a mini 5th wheel it was suggested I look for a used Quantum 5th.

Can anyone tell me more about these, like when and by whom they were made.

I realize they must be pretty rare by any google searches I conduct come up with the newer Terry model...
