A couple years back, while snowshoeing we stopped for lunch about halfway up a small mountain in Jasper. Of course the whiskey jacks made an appearance. One of them was so bold as to land on me and grab a piece of food that was literally in my mouth.
On several occasions , when deer hunting in Northern Minnesota I've had Whiskey Jacks perch themselves on my rifle barrel .
