Don't list your email address nor phone number on the internet.
For email say instead of
ABC123@anything.com, say ABC one two three (at) anything dot com.
For phone numbers, instead of 414-555-1234 say four one four-five five five- one two three four.
There are programs that ID thieves use that look for the character combinations used in email addresses and phone numbers.
The forum underlined my fake email address above as an illustration of what I mean.
