- PortaPotti replaced with C-Head composting toilet. Will switch back if new owner prefers.
- All interior 12 volt
light bulbs have been replaced with LED bulbs, including
porch light.
This trailer has no water heater, waste water tanks, or
furnace. A sealed outside portable tank is included for sink drain. All appliances work (propane cook top,
refrigerator, fantastic fan and microwave). It is the standard layout with a privacy room (no shower). It is in very good condition, fully road worthy and ready for camping without fear. Clear Michigan
