This restoration is documented at www.willerby.littleplumstead.com - a week by week account going from Aug 2006 to May 2007. Click on View Blog for postings with text and photos or View Photos for a slide show of main restoration photos.

For those in the UK looking for quality fibreglass mouldings and repairs I would strongly recommend GB Replicas of Catfield in Norfolk. They carried out all the bodywork repairs, remouldings and the hand finished gel-coat application, rub down and polish. They even inserted strengthening sections in the roof and completely refabricated the fibreglass door and sun-visors. The gel is pigmented to created the final ivory colouring.

It's because you're trying to load a picture that's 2160 x 1440. Pics are limited to 600 at the widest direction. Size DOWN and you won't have problems.

"What Willerby will be"
What a great slogan for a great trailer. It looks modern enough to have been built today only with retro tail lights. I really like how bright an cheerful it is with all those windows. Thanks for showing it to us. Glad you brought it back to life. Nice work. A good on to add to the albums section.

OK, one little detail is that they are in 1:43 model scale:
http://www.brooklinmodels.co.uk/LDM%2017.htm

So it's a little under 5 inches long and costs nearly $100.

This picture is from his blog. I don't think that this would be allowed here, but sure keeps the weight off of the tongue.

Wow, that is one hot piece of midcentury modern. Looking at various kinds of eggs today, the Oxygen is the only one I see that comes close to that sort of aesthetic flair.
