Hi Dave. Thanks for your interest. It is free and clear. We are original owners. Ordered from factory and picked up in TN. Yes, would be great for you because we are headed that way in April. Not many Oliver trailers in the SW. Let me know if additional questions.

We are looking to upgrade our Casita to possibly an Oliver. We live in Ft.Worth, Texas and where is this trailer located in New Mexico as we do come to Santa Fe once or twice a year. It is pretty much equipped as we would order, if we ordered one as we would not order one with Solar. We have pretty much planned on going to Tennessee in the next month or two to check them out, your price is pretty close to what a new 2019 is with now with improved standard features that used to be extras. All being said, will keep this one in mind.
