Just looking at the pictures, the issues seem mostly cosmetic. The vinyl is coming off the shelves, but the fact that it is still there is kinda amazing. The gaucho bunk needs to be re-attached. The largest issue that I see is a missing front rock guard. The furnace is a forced air model that sticks out below the much shortened closet.

door needs repairing , can`t see it from pics. spider cracks all over the out side shell, ( but it never leaked ) has a new roof vent. needs some fiberglassing on the inside , ( can`t see from pics ) ,bunks were taken a part to a front dinette. Needs new cushions.( fabric ).

He also had a 4500 trillium to sell , $ 8000.00 to $ 9000.00 would be right for that one , depending on what else he has done.

He buys old trailers and fixes them up for resale , and that's OK.
