That's a Bargman L-400 lockset. Its found on many Boler 13s and Trilliums.

John, Is this item still available. We did a search on the computer for that lockset for my 79 Boler and all we could find was a rebuild kit for Mooch-O bucks.

Ian Giles is getting ready to make available a retro fit for those that need to change the Bargman L-400 to a different lockset. Typically people are buying the readily available square kind. Keep an eye out here for info, about 3/4 the way down the page: Camping Treasures - Camping and Glamping Accessories | Vintage Trailer Parts & Hardware

Gerry, the Bargman L400 is no longer made. New old stock and used ones are very expensive. I was able to buy a new lock cylinder on kijiji for one of my L400's for $50.

Thanks John but tell me What is "kijiji" I may want to check that out
Donna, I will go to that site and check that out also.
Last evening, I went to Vintage Trailer and they didn't have the L400 but upon a general search on the Web did find a Bargman L400 for $250. A bit more then I want to spend.
The Latch is so worn on mine that it will pop open.
I have filed it to a more flat surface and have installed a hasp so door will not open when traveling but still would like to fix with proper parts.

The latching problem may also be caused by sagging door, worn hinges, etc. I bought a new old stock master cylinder on kijiji dot com. A Canadian web site similar to Ebay or Craig's List. To get the NOS master cylinder to work reliably, I had to slightly modify the lock set housing with a Dremel.

No sagging here (with door) and years ago I did work on the latch side. Latch does not fit strait with door lip. I think some fiberglass work will be needed to fix this problem but I will have to take a look at it when I get it out front today, nearer the shop.
Yesterday just cleared the path to haul it out and wouldn't you know it snow squalls have left 2 inches of snow and it is an uphill tug to get it out.
Snow on pine needles and grass, on an uphill slope...4 wheel drive may do it

There is an L400 rebuild kit (including lock cylinder and keys) listed on EBAY. Current bid is $37.

Be careful. My 79 Boler's lock looked like that but when I removed it, it showed as a Lyster lock and not a Bargman. Look at the part of the inside handle facing the guts of the latch for the manufacturer if there isn't one listed on the latch guts.
