SOLD 1978 Boler 1300 $3900
Selling our beloved egg as we have outgrown it! Title in hand.
1978 Boler 1300. Great shape. Needs some TLC but is ready to camp in as is.
Bought in 2011. Clean inside and out. Had it thoroughly inspected after we purchased, had the water lines and water plump replaced, and added a new tongue jack w/ caster. Have all receipts for the above work.
We also swapped out the original lights with LED and replaced the cushion covers with new ones from Scamp. Also purchased new Maxxis radial tires and added a new porta-potty this year (2017). PM me with any questions you may have. $3900.00
Located near Chicago, IL.

boler ! !
One thing I noticed , besides the beautiful condition of this old boler, was how neat the yard and driveway was. Often when I look at photos of old cars, RVs, or motorcycles they are in a yard or driveway full of junk, and the yard is overgrown and trashy. I think the neatness of the driveway tells a lot about the people who live there and ultimately, the condition of the trailer. I would buy this in a minute if I did not already have a Scamp 13'. Good luck with the sale of this trailer at a very fair price ! David in Sonora (today)

Thanks for the kind words, DavidG. That's the one thing I will miss about owning the boler. The community is fantastic. Speaking of, I should go out and water my lawn now...

Yes, thanks, I forgot to add that. We placed a 5500 BTU window unit where the old icebox was. We had a thermoelectric fridge in there for a while, but found we never really used it much as we usually bring a cooler - so the A/C unit stayed. It isn't bolted or secured down, so the next owner can swap it with a fridge if they want.
Here is a pic.

Just need to clarify:
We only swapped out the original tail lights with LED, not all the lights... and we replaced the old "icebox" with a small A/C wall unit that is placed in the spot with a wood masking. (Picture should post soon, I hope as I replied to a question with one. Also, it doesn't currently have a freshwater tank.
My "to do list would include:
install 12v power (Battery and converter)
install fresh water tank
install new city water inlet / grey water outlet connectors
install new hitch chain

Here is the craigslist ad (admin, delete if not allowed). Apologies in advance for the price discrepancy. Anyone who replies from this forum, it's $3900 (firm)
