Hello I have a Bonair Oxygen. I had a shower installed by an Rv shop. Under the bed you will have to add a T connection to the hot water line and another to the cold line. From there you will need to add a shower faucet and shower hose. You can install the the shower support on the wall separating the toilet from the sleeping area. A hole in the floor for the drain will go link the grey water piping to the one for the sink. You don't have a grey water holding tank so when you use the shower you will either let the grey water out or need an exterior gray water holding tank. Also, the Bonair Oxygen comes with an only electric hot water heater. Since I like boondocking I installed a tankless water heater. If you need advice on that let me know.

Just a small addition: Be sure to seal around the toilet and vent pipe. Since the oxygen didn't come with a shower, they didn't bother to do this. You wouldn't want to get water between the double layers of fiberglass or under the plastic floor. Also, since the floor of the toilet sits above the main unit floor, sealing the drain can be problematic. You may want to cut a notch out of the corner so you can tighten the drain nut.
Cheers! Pete.
